Our current estimated processing time is updated daily at the top of our website. If you need something by a specific date, please reach out before ordering and we'll do our best to make it happen!

Because our personalized pieces are made specifically for you, returns and exchanges may be limited. Please review our current Return & Cancellation Policy before placing your order.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Because orders may go into production quickly, we're not able to make changes once we've started creating your piece.

Please reach out to us right away! If we haven't started making your order, we should be able to make the correction. Once a personalized piece has been made, changes are no longer be possible.

Absolutely! We love custom ideas! Some of our favorite pieces have started with a customer asking, “Could you make this?” If you have an idea, a different size, wording, color, or something completely new in mind, send us a message. We'd love to see what we can create together!

Each product will have instructions for adding your personalization. Please double-check your spelling and details before submitting your order. We create your piece using the information you provide.
